Dinkredibles is operated by Proluminary LLC, a Utah limited liability company. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you visit dinkredibles.com, take the Pickleball Health Score quiz, subscribe to the newsletter, book a strategy call, purchase the Accelerator, or join the private community.

Information We Collect

Quiz and newsletter subscribers:

• First name
• Email address
• Quiz responses (if you take the Pickleball Health Score quiz)

Strategy call and Accelerator participants:

• Name, email, and contact information
• Payment information (processed by third-party payment processors, not stored by us directly)
• Video footage of your pickleball play (submitted by you for coaching review)
• Notes and observations made during or after coaching sessions

Community members:

• Profile information you provide on the community platform
• Content you post or share within the community

How We Use Your Information

Your name and email address are used to send you Dinkredibles communications: the newsletter, quiz follow-up emails, program updates, and information about upcoming offerings.

Quiz responses are used to generate your Pickleball Health Score and tailor follow-up content to your situation.

Video footage and session notes submitted for coaching are used only to prepare and deliver your coaching. Coaching footage will not be published outside the community without your explicit written consent.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate Dinkredibles. Each has its own privacy practices, which apply when your data is stored or processed by them:

• Kit (formerly ConvertKit) for email subscriptions, newsletter delivery, and the warming sequence. Privacy policy at kit.com.
• ScoreApp for hosting the Pickleball Health Score quiz. Quiz responses and contact information you submit are stored on their platform. Privacy policy at scoreapp.com.
• TidyCal for strategy call booking and scheduling. Privacy policy at tidycal.com.
• ThriveCart for processing Accelerator payments. Payment card information is processed by their integrated payment processors (such as Stripe) and is not stored by us directly. Privacy policy at thrivecart.com.
• Circle for hosting the private community. Profile and post information is stored on their platform. Privacy policy at circle.so.
• Formspree for the contact form. Form submissions are routed through their service. Privacy policy at formspree.io.

Cookies

This website uses minimal cookies for basic functionality, including remembering your display preferences (light or dark mode). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
